Airport Pickup Policy

Pickup options

Curbside pickup: you collect your luggage and meet the chauffeur at the assigned pickup area indicated in your confirmation.

Meet & greet: the chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign and accompanies you to the vehicle.

Flight information

Please provide your flight number and scheduled arrival time when booking. This lets us plan the pickup around the actual arrival rather than a guess.

If your flight changes, contact us as soon as you can so the pickup can be adjusted.

Waiting

Waiting time and any charges that apply are described in the waiting time policy and stated on your confirmation.

Luggage

Your chauffeur assists with loading and unloading. Luggage must fit safely within the vehicle's capacity; oversized items should be mentioned at booking.

Departures

For departures we recommend allowing time for check-in and security. Tell us your flight time and we will propose a pickup time.
