Refund Policy

Eligible refunds

Where a payment has been taken and the reservation is cancelled within the notice period described in the cancellation policy, the amount paid is refunded.

If we cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason within our control, the payment is refunded in full.

Partial refunds

Late cancellations, no-shows and reservations shortened after they begin may be partially refunded or not refunded. The terms that apply to your reservation are stated on your confirmation.

Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

While online payments are being implemented, refunds are arranged directly with you.

If something went wrong with your trip, contact us with the reservation details. We review each case individually before deciding on a refund or credit.
