Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the pickup details. Requests submitted through the website are treated as requests until confirmed.

Service

Transportation is provided with the vehicle class shown at booking. If that vehicle becomes unavailable we will contact you before the trip with an alternative or a cancellation.

Passenger and luggage capacity limits must be respected for safety.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are asked to wear seat belts and to follow reasonable instructions from the chauffeur. Illegal activity, smoking and damage to the vehicle are not permitted.

Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers may be charged. Any charge is communicated to you before it is applied.

Timing and delays

We plan pickups with reasonable time allowances, but traffic, weather and airport conditions can affect arrival times. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights caused by circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your confirmation.

These terms may be updated. The version shown on this page applies to new reservations.
