This draft explains what information we collect when you contact us or request transportation, and how it is used.
When you request a reservation or a quote we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times and any notes about your itinerary.
We may also collect basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used only to keep the website working and improve it.
Your information is used to arrange and deliver your transportation, to communicate with you about your reservation, and to keep records of completed trips.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your itinerary for advertising.
Details are shared only with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and with service providers strictly necessary to operate the reservation, such as payment processing once card payments are enabled.
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
