Complimentary waiting time begins after your flight lands and is intended to cover deplaning and baggage claim. The allowance that applies to your reservation, and any rate charged after it, are stated on your confirmation.

Waiting Time Policy
How waiting time is handled for airport pickups, standard transfers and hourly reservations.
Standard transfers
For non-airport pickups, waiting time is measured from the scheduled pickup time. The allowance and any additional waiting charges are stated on your confirmation.
Hourly service
During an hourly reservation, waiting is part of the reserved time — no separate waiting charges apply while the vehicle is booked to you.
Staying in contact
If you are delayed, call or text the reservations number. We will hold the vehicle where possible rather than treat the trip as a no-show.
No-shows
If waiting time is exhausted and we cannot reach the passenger, the reservation may be closed as a no-show under the cancellation policy.
