How to cancel or change a reservation, and the notice periods that apply.
Notice periods
Standard transfers, hourly service and event reservations each carry their own notice period. The notice period and any charges that apply to your reservation are stated on your confirmation.
Changes instead of cancellation
Where possible we prefer to move a reservation rather than cancel it. Time and date changes are accommodated subject to availability.
No-shows
If the passenger cannot be located at the agreed pickup point and there is no contact from them, the reservation may be treated as a no-show. Waiting periods are described in the waiting time policy.
Cancellations by us
In the rare event we must cancel — vehicle issue, weather or safety — we will contact you as early as possible and, where a payment has been taken, arrange a refund.
